ORDERING INFORMATION

All photographs are available for sale by contacting me via email (pjeden@yahoo.com ) or best of all by visiting me at one of the Outdoor Art Festivals listed in the Event Schedule.

2012 DESK FLIP CALENDAR:

Available Sept 6th, 2011

$8.00 US + $2.00 Shipping/handling via the US Postal Service. ($0.50 S/H for each additional calendar ordered at the same time & shipped to the same address).

MATERIALS & PRODUCTION:

Matte board, foam core backing, tape and all other materials used by Photography by Pamela are acid-free and archival.

Frames used are either satin-matte black metal Niesen frames or hardwood frames (which are available in Cherry, Black, Walnut or Mahogany finish). Any pictures ordered with frames include protective plexiglass instead of glass.

Each original photograph is signed and dated by the artist. Matted photographs include the title of the piece hand-written on the mat just below the picture. The back of each photograph is finished with title, location, date and my contact information.

Returns

If your purchase appears damaged, or if upon opening you find that the artwork is damaged, contact me immediately at pjeden@yahoo.com

Damaged purchase claims must be made within 7 days of delivery of purchase.

Do not return a purchase to me without giving me prior notice by email within 7 days of receipt. I will send you confirmation of your damaged purchase claim by email along with instructions on where to ship the item. The item must be returned with the original packing materials and container.

A replacement free of charge will be sent only once the damaged item has been received back from you. Do not forget to include a note explaining your problem along with your complete shipping address, email address and phone number.
